Storytelling for Healing – The Source Chiropractic

How Video Helped a Wellness Community Share Its Truth

Client: The Source Chiropractic
Project: Health storytelling and education videos
Role: Primary Storyteller, Director, Cinematographer (2016–2019)
Location: Oakland, California

The
brief

From 2016 to 2019, we partnered closely with the doctors and team at The Source Chiropractic—a high-impact, community-focused wellness center in Oakland, CA. Their work centered not only on structural alignment, but on emotional healing, nervous system regulation, and radical transformation through chiropractic care.

They needed a way to share that experience visually—something that felt authentic, emotionally resonant, and rooted in their philosophy of wholeness.

Our
Approach

We developed an ongoing video storytelling practice inside their space—capturing real client testimonials, staff perspectives, and educational content that helped demystify chiropractic care.

Every video was created collaboratively: We listened deeply, filmed quietly, and edited in a way that honored the healing process.

Rather than medical explainer videos, we made mini journeys—moments of honesty, vulnerability, and renewal.
