Digital Storytelling

Voice. Reflection. Connection. Impact.

A facilitated storytelling experience for nonprofits, schools, and community organizations.

In this hands-on workshop, participants craft and produce a 3-4 minute personal story using voice, images, video, and sound. Guided by a structured yet deeply human process, storytellers reflect on lived experience, identify meaningful moments, and shape them into short digital films.

The result is more than a video.

It is clarity. Connection. Ownership.

THE PROCESS

Workshops are rooted in the internationally recognized 7 Steps of Digital Storytelling framework and emphasize brave, inclusive spaces where participants can reflect honestly and create with intention.

We move through:

  1. Finding the insight – Why this story? Why now?

  2. Identifying the emotional core

  3. Crafting a script in the participant’s authentic voice

  4. Recording voiceover

  5. Pairing images and sound to deepen meaning

  6. Collaborative feedback and refinement

  7. Screening and reflection

Every layer - voice, image, sound - works together to convey meaning.
